PRODUCT REVIEWS
The Dyson V6 Slim is a really convenient and lightweight option that is perfect for small and medium sized vacuuming jobs around the home. It has quite a few features we really like, so let’s talk about them right now.
Features
One of our favorite parts about the Dyson V6 Slim is that it is very small and lightweight. It’s the perfect vacuum for quick jobs and can be used by anybody. The fact that it’s small and lightweight helps make it easy to maneuver in tight spaces, plus it’s convenient for vacuuming stairs too. It works well in our home that can be a little tight, cramped, and hard to maneuver.
We do like the Dyson V6 Slim because it features a V6 digital motor, which provides this model with more than enough suction power for some pretty big messes. This is combined with the 2 tier radial cyclone suction system, which ensures that we never lose suction for the duration of our cleaning session.
The airflow of this model is huge and it works great for capturing all manners of particles in our home.
Another thing we love about the Dyson V6 Slim is that it is cordless. Having a cord in our cramped home just is not doable. There is no cord here to get in the way, plus the battery lasts for a full 20 minutes. While the battery could be a little better, it recharges fast enough, so it’s no big deal. When in max power mode, the Dyson V6 Slim can provide you with lots of suction, but it also eats through battery life.
Perhaps the coolest feature here is that you can remove the front nozzle and turn it into a small handheld dust busting vacuum, which is perfect for small messes like some spilt cereal. The brush head works just fine on hard flooring, plus you can turn the brush on to allow the Dyson V6 Slim to pull dirt and deep from deep within carpets. This is something we do also appreciate in our home.

This model is fairly similar to the Dyson V6 Slim, but it does have some extra features, which means that it does cost a little more, but in your eyes the extra price might be worth it.
Features
To make things nice and easy for you, let’s start out with what makes these vacuums different from one another. First off, unlike the Dyson V6 Slim, the V6+ comes with a mini motorized tool for upholstery and other soft surfaces. This makes the Dyson V6+ better suited for dealing with things like soft chairs, sofas, and even car seats.
Second, the V6+ is specially designed to be well-balanced to make it easy to clean in high up places, something which the Slim does not feature. Thirds, the V6+ has an easy to empty dust bin, making it easy and clean to empty the bin, something which the slim does not have.
When it comes to the similarities, both models are powered by a strong Dyson V6 motor and feature dual radial cyclone suction tech. Both models have a power head brush for deep cleaning carpets, but also work well for hard flooring.
Moreover, both models have the same 20 minute battery runtime and the same charging time too, plus the same max power mode as well. Both models can also convert into a handheld vacuum for cleaning up small spot messes. Also, both models come with a nice little docking station.
